About Mariska's Dance Dreams
Our History
Dance Dreams began many years ago in Vanderbijlpark, where it was created as a space for young dancers to explore movement, creativity, and confidence in a supportive environment. The studio quickly became a place where students could grow not only in their dance ability, but also in self-expression, discipline, and joy.
After relocating to the Western Cape, Dance Dreams closed its doors for a time. However, the passion for teaching and sharing the love of dance never disappeared.
Now, in 2026, nearly 13 years later, Dance Dreams is being revived with a fresh vision while staying true to its original purpose — creating a positive and inspiring space where dancers feel encouraged, comfortable, and excited to learn.
Dance Dreams focuses on building strong foundations, nurturing creativity, and helping each dancer develop confidence at their own pace. Classes are designed to be engaging and enjoyable, while also supporting growth in coordination, musicality, and technique.
The goal of Dance Dreams is simple: to provide a welcoming environment where every dancer feels supported, valued, and inspired to keep moving.
Our Philosophy
Dance Dreams is a welcoming dance studio that offers creative and engaging classes for children who want to explore movement, build confidence, and develop new skills. Classes are designed to be supportive, encouraging, and enjoyable, helping each dancer feel comfortable while learning at their own pace.
Dance Dreams is ideal for young dancers who enjoy expressing themselves through movement, whether they are trying dance for the first time or looking to grow their abilities in a positive environment. We focus on building strong foundations, creativity, coordination, and confidence, while ensuring that every class is a fun and uplifting experience.
